A love of the game, passed forward.
Dreams on the Diamond was born from a lifetime on the field — and a desire to make sure every kid who loves baseball gets a chance to play.

I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old. Ever since I started playing, the love of the game never left my heart.
Then, after my career ended, I wanted to give back and spread the game that I love so dearly. I saw how many people had overgrown, unused, and overlooked equipment sitting in garages and closets — gear that still had years of life in it.

That is why I started this organization: to bridge the gap between families who have gear to spare and kids in Venezuela who have the passion but not the equipment. Every glove, every bat, and every pair of cleats is a chance for a young player to keep dreaming.
The heart of baseball beats loudest where the need is greatest.
Venezuela is not just another country that plays baseball — it is a baseball nation. The sport runs through its veins. From the barrios of Caracas to the rural towns of Lara, kids play with rolled-up socks for balls and broken broomsticks for bats. The passion is there. The talent is there. What is missing is the equipment.
Years of economic crisis have made even basic gear unaffordable for most families. A single youth glove can cost a month's wages. Academies that once produced Major League stars now struggle to outfit their players. And yet the kids keep showing up — barefoot, sharing one bat among ten players, determined to play the game they love.
That is where we come in. We partner with trusted local academies and community leagues across Venezuela to make sure every donation reaches a kid who needs it. No middlemen. No waste. Just gear, going from your hands to theirs.
"Baseball is not just a sport in Venezuela. It is hope. It is a way out. It is everything."
